Warranty

1. Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 1 year from the date of original purchase under normal, non-commercial use. The warranty period is a year from the date of original purchase. A replacement item, if sent, does not restart, or in any way extend, the warranty period.
2. This warranty does not extend to devices, such as computers that are powered by our products. We shall not be held responsible for the improper use of our product(s).
3. For battery pack or battery related products, warranty becomes void if the battery pack has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way, or if the label and/or bar code label has been removed or tampered with.
4. For battery pack or battery related products, cell capacity depletion over time under regular use is normal, and is not an indication of defect. A battery pack that retains eighty percent (80%) of its original capacity after twelve months is considered normal.

Battery and Adapter Usage Tips:

Your new battery comes in a discharged condition. Upon initial use (or after prolonged storage period) the battery may require two to three charge/discharge cycles before achieving maximum capacity. When charging the battery for the first time your charging device may indicate that charging is complete after just 10 or 15 minutes. This is a normal phenomenon with rechargeable batteries. Simply remove the battery from the charging device and repeat the charging procedure.

It is important to condition (fully discharge and then fully charge) the battery every two to three weeks. Failure to do so may significantly shorten the battery's life (this does not apply to Li-Ion batteries, which do not require conditioning). To discharge, simply run your device under the battery's power until it shuts down or until you get a low battery warning. Then recharge the battery as instructed in your user's manual.

Never pull on the power cord to remove the plug from a socket. Always grasp the plug directly. Pulling on the cord can damage it, and/or result in a fire or serious electric shock. Never place your AC adapter near a heat source such as an electric blanket or heater. Be sure to place your adapter on a flat, hard surface that is resistant to heat damage. Never bend or twist the power cord. Keep the power cord as straight as possible to help prevent the wires inside from becoming damaged. Never place objects on the AC adapter or power cord. This can damage the wires inside, as well as cause the AC adapter to overheat and stop working. Never run the power cord through a pinch point such as a door, a window, or between a desk and a wall. This can damage the wires inside.
